The Freeride Outdoor Village campsite is the reference point in Finale Ligure for bikers and lovers of outdoor life. Just 5 minutes from Finalborgo and 10 minutes from the sea.

Located under the climbing walls of Perti and surrounded by green olive trees, the camping is surrounded by the famous and renowned mountain bike trails of Finale Ligure, a world-class destination for those who love Enduro and Cross Country.

The camping is equipped with all the services for bikers and allows even the less experienced to experience the emotions of this sport.

The camping

Freeride Outdoor Village is a fantastic campsite for tents and campers in Finale Ligure, but also a multisport and full service centre, surrounded by the unique climbing riffs of Perti.

The campsite is strategically placed less than 2 km from the picturesque and historic village of Finalborgo, included by the Touring Club among the most significant historical places in Italy ("I Borghi più belli d’Italia"), and just 10 minutes from the beach.

What could be more refreshing than diving in our pool after an exciting and exhausting day on the trails of the ligurian backcountry. Of course you may also spend your "off-days" at the beautiful poolside as well. Use our free Wi-Fi to chat with your beloved ones and friends. The sunbath area invites you to stay and have a rest under the ligurian sun.

The bar

For all those who love to have their breakfast at the pool, we offer a wide ranged choice of croissants, bread, bun, and of course best italian coffee. For lunch, you could enjoy fresh food out of the region from local stores or simply a small snack.

A self made cocktail, a glass of vine, or just a beer at our bar will end up your day right.

To avoid the stress of looking for a parking space, we offer you the Tourist Card which allows you to use the public bus that takes you to the sea and into the city free of charge. You can leave your car parked on the pitch (for a small daily supplement) or you can use the parking outside the campsite.

Guided bike tours

Our MTB camping in Finale Ligure offers its guests the opportunity to take part in guided mountain bike tours, for any level of preparation and experience. Besides the classic tours around Finale, we scouted new tours in Pietra Ligure and other areas as well. Liguria, one of the top 5 destinations in Europe for biking, provides you more trails to ride than you could wish for!

Bike shuttle

If you love pedaling downhill (but not uphill!), we'll give you and your bike a lift to the top of the mountains, so that you can enjoy the routes and tracks of the hinterland to the fullest during your stay in Liguria. We offer our camping guests a professional service with reinforced trailers and over 20 years of experience in the sector. Your bicycle is in good hands: it will be transported in maximum safety and returned without any scratches!

In collaboration with the Finale Alpine Guides Society, we are able to offer you different climbing routes around the area. From beginners to experts, they will setup the tours for your skills. Equipment and guidance, of course, is included.

Trekking / Hiking

The trails around Finale invite you to spend an awesome day with fantastic nature and breathtaking views. The typical ligurian green will welcome you and give you the feeling of being in another world. Olive groves, orange trees and the local flora will blow your mind. Our certified guides will show you secret spots and local highlights. Tighten your shoes.

Summer sports camps - To be booked in advance

Don't you know who to entrust your children to during excursions? No problem! From the age of 5, they can participate in sports camps organized by the Outdoor Experience Association and have fun with many different sports, workshops and outdoor games, carefully supervised by qualified instructors and entertainers. So if you are tired in the evening don’t you worry, they will be too!

Water gym / Water bike – During lunch time and aperitif time

From June till September you can spend your lunchtime actively inside our pool. Give your muscles and ligaments a short refresh by moving them with less weight inside the water. Our Team offers different exercises, so that you can achieve a real relief of your body.

Yoga and QiGong / Massage and Physio (to be booked in advance)

Before you start excursions to the beautiful ligurian backcountry you will have the possibility to begin your day with some reflections by doing Yoga with our certified trainers . There is nothing better that gaining power for your sports day. Shatsu, Reiki, Ayurveda, Sport massage. Our certified physiotherapists are happy to give you a relaxing, and loosening massage. After an exhausting day on the bike, a demanding climbing route, or a long day of hiking, you will love to enjoy this service. Make your day by being restored and relaxed.

Where we are

Freeride Outdoor Village is located in the beautiful countryside of Finale Ligure, less than 2 km from Finalborgo. The sandy beach is only 4 km away and about 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bicycle and 45 minutes by walk from the village. The bus service connects the campsite to the center and to the sea with twelve trips a day.

How to get to the village

From Finale Ligure’s railway station

Turn right on via Domenico Brunenghi. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Strada Statale 1 for 350 meters. Sharp right onto via Caprazoppa, heading north for about 1,5 km. At the roundabout take the 1st exit and, after the bridge, turn left onto via Calice. Drive for about 1,7 km. The village is on the left, just before the filling station.

From Genoa’s airport

Head on via Pionieri e Aviatori d’Italia. At the roundabout take the 1st exit and slight right onto the slip road to Sestri Ponente Centro / Autostrade. Merge onto A10 towards Ventimiglia (toll road). Follow the A10 for 62 km and take exit Finale Ligure. Follow the street for about 1,5 km, then turn left onto Strada di Gorra SP490. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit and, after the bridge, turn left onto via Calice. Drive for about 1,7 km. The village is on the left, just before the filling station.

From the motorway (exit Finale Ligure)

Take exit Finale Ligure. Follow the street for about 1,5 km, then turn left onto Strada di Gorra SP490. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit and, after the bridge, turn left onto via Calice. Drive for about 1,7 km. The village is on the left, just before the filling station.
