Welcome to the Freeride Outdoor Village team page! We are a group of twelve passionate about nature and outdoor sports, each with a unique story.

At Freeride Outdoor Village, our main goal is to ensure a genuine and attentive welcome, creating an authentic and empathetic experience that meets the needs of each guest. We want every moment with us to feel like home, ensuring an unforgettable vacation in beautiful Finale Ligure.

At Freeride Outdoor Village, we strongly believe in welcoming and mutual respect.

Our vision is to build a community of outdoor enthusiasts who value and explore the natural and cultural beauty of our area. We want our village to become a model of authentic hospitality, where every interaction is an opportunity for exchange and personal enrichment. We dream of expanding this concept, creating a network of Outdoor Villages in Italy and Europe, characterized by a family atmosphere and a warm welcome, where everyone can feel serene and at ease.

The Boss

WHO I AM: For 6 years I have had the honor and burden of "captaining" the beautiful team at Freeride Outdoor Village. Tourism, hospitality, and outdoor have been my work, my passion, especially my life mission for 25 years

MY PASSIONS: Nature and individual growth are my greatest passions. I love the sea, where I find refuge for the body and spirit. I love exploring people's psychology to better understand the mental processes of the human being and his behaviors

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT MY JOB: The familiar, warm, and authentic welcome are what move me. I love thinking that the Freeride Outdoor Village is the home in Finale Ligure of my guests. I love the sincere and authentic human relationship. I am convinced that kindness and love will save the world

Lisa

Head Receptionist

WHO I AM: I am Lisa, but they call me Liz. I hold the role of head receptionist at the Freeride Outdoor Village, where I take care of both front and back office activities, ensuring a welcoming experience for our guests.

MY PASSIONS: Swimming and trekking have always been an integral part of my life. Having grown up in Finale Ligure, I could not imagine a better place to combine a passion for the sea and for hiking in nature!

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT MY JOB: This year marks my fifth year here, and every start of the season is a unique emotion: seeing the colleagues with whom I have developed a friendship is always a pleasure.

Luca S.

Receptionist

WHO I AM: I am Luca, a receptionist at Freeride Outdoor Village for the third year. I started learning the dynamics of camping on weekends and now I manage the reception of guests and front office operations, also maintaining contacts with other departments for effective collaboration.

MY PASSIONS: Passionate about sports, I teach and play tennis, participating in regional championships every fall and spring. In my free time, I dabble in video games, anime, and I like to be with my girlfriend and friends.

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT MY JOB: I particularly appreciate that my role is not limited to office tasks but includes direct interactions with clients, allowing me to meet people from all over Europe and share moments of true human and cultural exchange.

Manuela

Fitness  Trainer  e Social Media Manager

WHO I AM: I am Manuela and have been part of the Freeride Outdoor Village Team for 5 years!!! I am a Fitness instructor and personal trainer; at our Campsite I take care of the sports part for our guests and follow our Social Media!! I consider myself a handyman, I lend a hand at Reception when needed but MAINLY manage and coordinate the Sports Field of the Asd that is based in Camping!!!

MY PASSIONS: My passions besides Sport which I have made a job are reading (preferably lying on a sun lounger 😂😂), Crime in all its genres (narrative, movies, and podcasts) and Vasco Rossi!!

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT MY JOB: I madly love my job, I can't do without it; I chose it and strongly wanted it by studying and investing a lot!!! The thing that gratifies me the most is building emotional relationships with people and making sure that some last over time!!! I am happy when I manage to give well-being and serenity to the people around me!!!.

Paola

Campsite Barista

WHO I AM: I am Paola, actually Paoletta for all friends. In the campsite, I take care of breakfasts and lunch doing my best to offer our guests always tasty and varied things.

MY PASSIONS: I love outdoor life, especially hiking, and Finale offers countless paths for both experts and beginners who want to walk enjoying both the sea view and the fresh woods.

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT MY JOB: I've been here for three years and the friendlyatmosphere inspires me to always give my best with the smile and friendliness that unites us in regards to our guests

Giorgio

Campsite Driver

WHO I AM: I’m Giorgio. Born and raised in Sardinia, I come from the Costa Smeralda where I worked for years as a private driver. I’m precise, reliable… and I occasionally enjoy teasing Vanessa (with affection, of course!).

MY PASSIONS: I love the sea, eating healthy, and keeping everything in perfect order. If you don't see me around the campsite, I’m probably cleaning the van or cooking something delicious.

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT MY JOB: I love driving guests to the most beautiful places in the area and knowing that their vacation starts off on the right foot thanks to me. We’re a real team here – like a big family.

Manuela C.

Accounting

WHO I AM: My name is Manuela and I handle the accounting at Freeride Outdoor Village. I'm precise, organized, and I have a soft spot for anything that balances out – especially numbers!

MY PASSIONS: I love cleanliness, order, and anything I can craft with my hands. I unwind with DIY projects and handmade creations: nothing gives me more satisfaction than a job well done (especially when it’s teamwork!).

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT MY JOB: I enjoy knowing that, behind the scenes, my work helps the campsite run smoothly. Keeping things under control, balancing the books, and contributing to an efficient organization makes me feel like an essential part of the project.

Luca M.

Marketing Manager

WHO I AM: I'm Luca and I'm the Marketing Manager for the campsite, where I handle creating offers, managing the website, and communicating with our online community via email and social.

MY PASSIONS: I love the outdoor life, exploring trails on my mountain bike, and traveling in my camper. My passion for adventure and nature makes me perfectly suited to promote a campsite I adore and which represents the ideal place for those who share my interests.

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT MY JOB: Ensuring people are satisfied is what I find most rewarding. Helping to develop and promote our campsite is always stimulating and seeing our guests happy and engaged in our activities is the best reward.

Each member of our team brings unique knowledge and passion for tourism and the natural environment, making our team exceptionally qualified.
